What is your returns policy?
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
❌ Which items are non-refundable?
For hygiene and personal use reasons, the following items are non-refundable but may be returned for store credit:

Textiles: Blankets, Pillows, Baby Muslins,Throws

Personal items: Baby Journals & Books, Toothbrushes, Hair Brushes
These items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days to qualify for store credit.

Ship the item using a tracked service
Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.
When will I receive my refund or store credit?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Store credits will be issued via email and can be used at checkout.
