We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Certain items—such as textiles (blankets, pillows, baby muslins) and personal-use items (books, baby journals)—are non-refundable but can be returned for store credit if unused and in original packaging.

Generosa Home / Bambini may offer promotional discounts, loyalty points, referral bonuses, and VIP perks. These are subject to change at our discretion. Abuse of any promotion may result in account suspension or reversal of rewards.
